Hello Parents, Guardians, and Students!

My name is Mrs. Brown and I am the business teacher at Maysville High School. This year I will be teaching Foundations in Personal Finance. I want to give you an introduction of what the course will entail and what you can expect from my class. This year all of our text has gone digital. Students will have access to the text and materials at all times through their log in on https://www.foundationsdigital.com/ . At the end of the course it is my goal that all students will have the materials and knowledge for personal finance skills for life after high school. Some of these skills include but are not limited to balancing a check book, writing checks, learning about loans, career choices, being a wise consumer, global economics, and much more.
